We’re delighted to announce that Housel Bay Head Chef Joseph Fallowfield will be taking to the Taste Theatre at this year’s Penzance Food Festival, celebrating the very best of Cornish food.
Taking place from 3rd – 6th September 2026 at Penlee Park in Penzance, the Penzance Food Festival brings together chefs, food producers, artisans and food lovers for four days of cooking, food, fire, music and community. The festival is free to attend and celebrates what is grown, caught and made in Cornwall.

On Thursday 3rd September at 3pm, Joseph will be appearing in the Taste Theatre, representing Housel Bay as part of the festival’s programme of chef demonstrations. He’ll be joining an impressive line-up of chefs from across Cornwall, showcasing the creativity and quality that make the region’s food scene so distinctive.
For Joseph, the event is a fantastic opportunity to share his passion for seasonal cooking and the exceptional ingredients found across Cornwall.
