Perched on the wild Lizard Peninsula, Fallowfields is shaped by the land, the sea and the community around us. Sustainability leads everything we do, guiding our seasonal cooking and our close relationships with local farmers, growers and fishermen.
Harnessing the chaos of the sea and the tranquility of nature, Joseph Fallowfield crafts tasting menus from the very best Cornwall has to offer.
Our Menu.
Our Tasting Menu unfolds as a carefully crafted, linear narrative, with each dish representing a distinct chapter. The story runs for ten weeks before we move on to the next.
£75 per person, with optional wine pairings.

We have two seatings; at 6:30pm and 7:30pm. For bookings for 6 and above, or for private dining enquiries, please contact us directly.

We can cater to dietary requirements on request with advance notice, for vegetarian, pescatarian, nut allergies and gluten intolerances. Unfortunately we do not offer a vegan tasting menu.
