We’re thrilled to share the exciting news that Fallowfields has been awarded 3 AA Rosettes for the third consecutive year, placing us among only four restaurants in Cornwall to hold 3 AA rosettes!
It’s an incredible achievement for the whole team, and a real celebration of all the hard work, creativity, and care that goes into every service.
AA Rosettes are awarded by a team of inspectors, who have a wealth of experience in assessing culinary excellence. “Restaurants with 3 Rosettes have achieved culinary standards that demand national recognition well beyond their local area. The cooking will be underpinned by the selection and sympathetic treatment of the highest quality ingredients. Timing, seasoning and the judgment of flavor combinations will be consistently excellent.” Find out more here.
“Winning 3 rosettes from the AA has always been a goal at the restaurant. Attaining it for the third year is not something we have taken for granted. I am personally so proud of the recognition, but mostly of the team that we have built here, each cog playing such a vital role in the achievement.
