This summer, we're delighted to share that our Head Chef, Joseph Fallowfield, will be joining the line-up at Rock Oyster Festival 2026.
As the creative force behind the menus at Housel Bay's signature restaurant, Joseph is passionate about showcasing the very best seasonal produce and fresh Cornish ingredients. His appearance at one of Cornwall's most celebrated food festivals is a fantastic opportunity to experience his cooking, hear his culinary insights, and celebrate the incredible food culture of the South West.
What is Rock Oyster Festival?
Rock Oyster Festival is one of the UK's leading food, music and wellness festivals, held on the banks of the Camel Estuary in North Cornwall. The festival brings together award-winning chefs, local producers, live music, wellness experiences and family-friendly entertainment, creating a unique weekend that celebrates everything Cornwall has to offer.

When is it?
This year's festival takes place from 23–26 July 2026, offering four days packed with chef demonstrations, tasting sessions, live performances and activities for all ages.

How do I get there?
Rock Oyster Festival takes place at Dinham House, near Rock in North Cornwall.
Visitors can travel by car, with parking available on site, or make use of shuttle buses operating throughout the festival. If you're travelling from further afield, nearby railway stations and airports make the festival easily accessible before connecting by road.
