‘As the night draws in’

‘It’s impossible to ignore, the sun seemingly rushes to set and is replaced by a chill that penetrates bones. Through this however the stars seem to shine brighter. A honey is made from the nectar of summers’ flowers which are concentrated into liquid gold. Pumpkins that have tentatively began to grow are now fat, plump and ripe. In almost perfect harmony nature breaks into seeding and birds, flock to feast on the harvest.  The night draws in, this is the perfect time to join them, and feast on the spoils.’ - Joseph Fallowfield

  • What can we expect on this new menu?

We’re welcoming the rich, earthy flavours of the new autumn season. You can expect foraged wild mushrooms with roasted garlic, married with mascarpone cappelletti and autumn truffle. After the warming flavours, be quenched with seasonal pears, topped with refreshing and rich local Helford blue ice cream, dressed with watercress.
