More recently, Alex flew to Italy, where he explored the charming vineyards of Tuscany and discovered the region’s delicious and delicate wines. Festival season is just around the corner, and our Head Chef Joseph Fallowfield is stepping out of the kitchen and into the spotlight at two of Cornwall’s most iconic food festivals this summer.
