New Season, New Menus

Our location inspires everything we create here. With Cornwall being reflected in every dish we put together, harnessing all this vast and illustrious landscape has to offer us. From freshly caught fish caught on boats docked only a walk away in Cadgwith, to handpicked, foraged coastal plants and vegetation. The theme of Cornwall is at the heart of every dish.

We have new menu’s to welcome in the new season, each reflecting something a little different. Firstly The Terrace, located (as suggested in the name) in our terrace, is in our prime spot. With clear, uninterrupted views of The Lizard and enchanting ocean views, it’s a perfect lunch spot. After a days coastal walk, a hearty and fresh dish is the perfect fuel.

Cornish flat breads with a twist is our main draw on the lunch menu at The Terrace. Using our own recipe, hand-made daily and cooked to order, where it’s plenty for one and perfect to share. From our ‘Pysk’ flatbread, which has a fish flare, with spiced monkfish, prawn, spring onion and seaweed, topped with mixed leaves and local Cadgwith crab. To ‘Hos’ which is an asian inspiration of shredded duck, cucumber, spring onion and hoi sin. We have our very own (and renowned) Housel Bay beef burger with bacon, Cornish gouda, gem lettuce, tomato and pickles. Sandwiched between brioche with a side of mixed leaves, triple cooked chips and beetroot slaw, what could be more tempting?

Our Fallowfield’s restaurant is located in our dinning room, which is perfect for a candle lit dinner when you’re looking for something a little more special for the evening. This menu truly showcases Cornwall and is personally created by head chef Joseph Fallowfield who takes inspiration from this beautiful location he grew up in. With a local Kynance fillet on the menu, accompanied by watercress, braised shin, potato puree and heritage carrot dressed with red wine. To celebrating our fresh catches, with Hake, crab ravioli, celeriac,  cavolo nero and wild mushroom dressed with Madeira jus. This menu showcases the local ingredients of the Cornish coast.
