We are looking for a passionate and charismatic Senior Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Housel Bay Hotel & Restaurant, The Lizard, Cornwall.
We are looking for someone who is experienced and well trained in fine dining and quality service with an in depth knowledge of stock and following procedures and training schedules. As well as comprehensive knowledge and experience to lead and motivate a team to deliver the highest levels of customer service and of all beverage products, such as sprits, wines, beers and cocktails.
