Welcome to Housel Bay Hotel. The idea behind the A la carte menu is for diners to experience dishes and ingredients that they may have not experienced before and of course to be surprised with each different dish that comes out of the kitchen.
Chef Ray Ziemelis brings rich and diverse gastronomic experience stretching over a decade of passion and dedication for good food... Going as far as Russia, America, France and Ireland in search of redefining and shaping his own culinary style and always following a simple list of ingredients for a perfect dish - worlds cooking traditions, creative innovations, freshest ingredients, best local produce and inspirations of the season.
We pride ourselves on going that extra mile to source the best of the local fields and coastline, to help shape your perfect dining experience. We obtain our succulent, native Cornish meat from nearby Trevarthen Farm, our fish from the very reputable Matthew Stevens & Son, as fresh as can be, and our crisp fruit & vegetables from Westcountry.
